The AVA VoIP support packages are offered for a fixed annual or monthly charge payable in advance.

  • Support through ticketing system only
  • Secure website for online customer service response
  • Escalation process for prioritization and queuing of issues
  • Provided during regular business hours on work days (8x5) 

 

AVA VoIP Regular Support

  • AVA VoIP maintenance releases and upgrades
  • AVA VoIP new releases (including all new features)
  • Troubleshooting of AVA VoIP technical issues
  • Support through ticketing system and IM
  • Secure website for online customer service response
  • Escalation process for prioritization and queuing of issues
  • Provided during regular business hours on work days (8x5)

 

AVA VoIP Advanced Support 

  • AVA VoIP maintenance releases and upgrades
  • AVA VoIP new releases (including all new features)
  • On-going monitoring of customer servers
  • On-going maintenance of customer systems
  • Dedicated team of engineers for troubleshooting of AVA VoIP technical issues
  • Support through ticketing system, IM, and telephone
  • Secure website for online customer service response
  • Escalation process for prioritization and queuing of issues
  • Provided 365 days of the year (24x7)
